What personal identifiable information does FREELANCE collect?
The personal information generally collected by Freelance includes, your name, street address, telephone numbers, email address and previous and current employment history. Freelance also collects financial information such as tax file numbers and income and expense details of its clients.

For what purposes does FREELANCE collect the information?
Freelance collects this information for the primary purpose of providing tailored salary packages as well as taxation and financial solutions to its clients. Freelance also uses personal and employment information to assist clients with future employment opportunities and to obtain sponsorship approval.

How does FREELANCE collect personal information?
We obtain most of your information from you directly, such as: when you submit an application to apply for our services; each time we have contact with you via telephone, email, facsimile or personal meeting. Sometimes we may ask to collect particular personal information about you. Unless we have already done so, when or before we collect that information, we will take reasonable steps to inform you of: the purposes for which the information is collected; where applicable, any law requiring the information to be collected, and the main consequences if all or part of the information is not provided. We hold your personal information in a combination of computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records. These facilities and records are securely located and monitored at our Freelance offices, with the highest level encryption and daily offsite backups to ensure the safety of your details.

At other times, your consent will be taken to be given, where you indicate to us that you wish to obtain or use our services. Insurance Disclaimer
The Freelance Group is neither an Insurance Company nor an agent of any insurance company. Freelance nor its employees have any authority to give advice pertaining to insurance products. We only provide factual information about the products and a provide copies of certain documentation for your information. If you require further information or wish to receive advice in respect of any of the insurance or superannuation products, we will provide you with the contact details of the relevant insurance broker. In certain instances, Freelance receives a fee from a Broker in consideration of Freelance providing administration services to that Broker.
